Current Salary Trends for PMOs & Project Managers?

What's the salary range for PMOs & Project Managers with 7-8 years of experience in the current market? Companies like Verizon, Deloitte, EY, CGI, Here, ITC, etc. are not even discussing 20+ LPA. I've got some e-mails even stating budget constraints with figures of 15 LPA, etc. Based on the calls I'm getting, 99% of companies are asking me to settle down for 20 LPA max which I used to earn. I'm currently not working. Kindly share some insights and suggestions.
