Current retention scenario
Anyone being retained by TCS now-a-days with revised salary? Imagine one being a great contributor to Project and account level have a big dependancy on you. What are the chances getting retained with matched offer?. Please comment anyone who have been retained recently.

Do not fall into trap. They will give hike and move major part of hike in VQA. At the end you will get 2k to 3k exter per month. VQA is currently gulped by TCS.
For me they increased 4Lakhs out of that 3 lakes in VQA. I get VQA 19 to 20% only. What is the point together retained?

It won't solely depend on you.
It will also depend on your unit, a/c and project's importance. Very very limited retention is happening only if the client is adamant to keep you.
