Current packg okey or not?

I have 10+ years of experience, and my current salary is 21 LPA. After a 1-year gap, I am now looking for a decent hike. How much salary should I ask for? I have over 10 years of experience as a backend .NET developer. Please guide me. Also, is my current salary low or okay as per market standards?

Average multiplier - 4 Below average - 3 Excellent- 6

Salary = number of experience X multiplier

It can be anything between 30-60 lpa, Target for 40.
