Trending @Accenture; Current Package and Hike - Accenture

I am currently working as Procurement Operations Senior Analyst and my current package is 12.8LPA + Variable pay (almost getting 10% on my fixed pay every year). My manager told that my salary is already high and I would not be getting any hike this year. What are your opinions about it? I really like Accenture and its been 5 years I am working for it and my total experience is 10 years. Can I start looking for opportunities outside? If yes, which company is best to join ?
