Looking to hire a Senior Manager - Marketing (BTL) Experience: 4-6 years
Role:
1- Develop, implement and manage a BTL/Digital strategy to maximize Study Abroad recruitment.
2-Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
3-Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create brand recall and awareness.
4-Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
5-Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief.
6-Creating brand/ product awareness across all segments and actively taking part in local promotions.
7-Evaluation and monitoring of recruitment and marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and adherence to budget
8-Develop market-specific collateral to support sales and recruitment in the region
9-Plan & manage the periodic Ground Activation and promotions.
10-Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
11-Speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
12-Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.
13-Sales/ Marketing of Study Abroad Education Services.
14-Liasoning with relevant colleges/ institutes.
Location - Hyderabad
Salary range: 14 - 18 lpa
