Trending @Infosys; Current market hike ?

Hi all, I am planning to switch , will start building resume in few days ...

I am currently with 6 YOE with 3 years in Infy and 3 years in small startup product based .. Domain Java spring boot advanced and intermediate Angular . Worked with many tools and cloud infrastructure and also a Prompt engineer.

How much of a hike should I expect while switching if the current salary at Infy is 13.5 including performance bonus ??

Along with Spring boot in resume give good points on cloud and gen ai so you will get more calls than usual telling with real experiences i saw with me and with my friends

I am not able to focus and prepare for interviews and I fear about swith and notice. I want to learn spring boot and microservices
