Current job market for exp professionals.

I am working in an Indian MNC as technical lead with 10+ years of experience. My CTC is 24 lpa and for last two years I don't get any increment. This year my manager give me good rating but I am not sure if they will provide any increment or not. So,

1. As per the market is my salary is high or low compared to my exp?
2. Also not getting any external calls now. When the market will be better for exp employees? Plz comment.
