Current job market ?

Hi , I m tired of applying, cold emailing , naukri , wellfound , careers page , refferal etc etc. Any suggestions from someone who made a switch from service based company to a good mnc/ pbc like what should be roadmap ? What is the job market like ? Is it only me facing this situation. Need guidance, seriously.
