Current culture at Yubi Group

Yubi’s culture has been a mess lately.

1. The quality folks have decided to move on with no one doing anything to retain.
2. No new hires across verticals leading to overburdening the existing employees
3. Insane amount of politics within the group companies
4. Pretty much everyone is looking out
5. No one is happy - employees with work Pay life balance, stakeholders with deliverables and expectations are shooting the sky

In short, Yubi is at its worst in the current scheme of things.
