Curious what % of devs here are from IIT?

I see the highest concentration of high TC individuals so now I’m curious if there’s an obvious correlation here

Me and my friend are working for the same role, at same org at same yoe. The difference, CTC. Why, because I am from Tier3 college and he from IIT. So yes, high TC is directly correlated to IIT
