Curiosity..! Life after resigning from TCS.

Currently 4 years of experience working in a hectic project, lots of micromanagement. manager is calling in phone unnecessary for small works while I am available in teams. Now this RTO thing also. I really need to know if this is correct time to resign. #too much pressure

It is only wise to resign if you have another offer, if not, why don't you shift all your pressure on your manager, cut his calls when he calls u personally, tell him to reach out on teams. As far as micro management, tell him u r not comfortable with being micro managed, if he doesn't trust you he can do it himself. And for the work pressure, take your own time doing things and when he tries to assign more, just ask him which ones to deprioritise. Be very strict with your personal and professional life. Don't be a doormat. If you need any more advise, let me know.

Don't resign, poor resource planning is your managers fault, let him face the consequences, learn to say NO to his face. Prioritise career over fearing managers.
