Cuples in team

In my team there is stupid annoying couple in lead position. They do everything together. Share there personal stuff, Lunch ,brunch ,team meetings sometimes toilet too(seriously). Female is stupid dominant and dumb. No knowledge no leadership nothing. Only thing she does is just fighting and shouting at other team mates. Male is skilled and having good knowledge about work but suck in leadership.

Female is married , male is unmarried and his age is more then 36(no idea why he is not getting married).

Management have to keep female happy in order to make male happy so he wont leave as they considered him very important asset(he have spent almost all his life in this team. He work all 365 days 24x7).

It creates very very toxic environment and the politics is next level.

They have created there own gang within team and our management well aware of that.

In my last appraisal meeting my manager told me to learn from them, how to crate group and work on issue 😀.

Overall it’s very irritating and hampering entire team and productivity.
