These people(so called Sr Execs) were extremely toxic bunch of buffoons who used to be too full of themselves. Don't know what Angel One saw in them. Angel One to brace for big attrition now.
People who are entrepreneurs will know this. Starting a business and scaling it up to profitability is far easier than becoming a sr.level executive in a company. Bigger the company difficulty level is higher. So these "buffoons" they have earned it. They are toxic, because thats the only way to reach there.
Capitalism and specifically profitable capitalism demands toxic work culture, other than 5% of companies,every successful profitable business exists to extract the most out of its employees and customers and pass it on to "shareholders" . I expect nothing else
