Culture in LTIMindtree
Hi Everyone,
Can anyone share their work experience and culture that is fallowed in LTIMindtree, ive cleared technical rounds and HR discussion aswell, but post that HR is not responding properly, she i saying i need to go to office for final discussion and if i ask when she is just saying ill let you know by EOD and no answer from her. Just thinking is it a good company to join or shall i look for better company?

The management and policies are a problem here. Appraisals keep getting delayed every year , with 2-7% hikes , there is clear favouritism on display here.
Look to join a better organization.
