Honestly speaking, it's very high paced growth start-up so there is lot work pressure, especially in Tech, Design team. PM keep giving your unnecessary projects that doesn't make sense. But there are some good things job security is good. Quite and runway for more than 10yrs. Founders doesn't waste money on unnecessary hiring and other fancy stuff. And it's doing well in terms number and targets
