Culture at Meesho

I got a call from Meesho for a TA role. In my past observations and conversations with people at Meesho, there have been atleast 2 restructuring exercises for TA teams in the past 3 years.

Wanted to know how things are right now and if they are still hiring blind and then letting go of people or are they being meticulous?
