Some of my current colleagues are from Tracxn, don't know about pay but culture is toxic. Speaking on an anecdotal basis, one person (manager) was asked to put people in PIP because they were checking thier phone too much 🙂

phonepe work culture and salary range

got a call from phonepe recruiter for UI (3-5)yrs apparently everyone is Software Engg in PhonePe, which is good.

But they have 5 days WFO and whats the salary range they have for me HR wasn’t even able to promise 25-30 base pay.
