Culture and pay at Tracxn

Avp gets around 22-24 lpa I think

Some of my current colleagues are from Tracxn, don't know about pay but culture is toxic. Speaking on an anecdotal basis, one person (manager) was asked to put people in PIP because they were checking thier phone too much 🙂

That sounds like a low comp for the title. What's the expected YOE?
