I’ll say those are just the perks and I won’t treat the above items as culture.

Culture is more about- the responsibility you’ve, the work you’re entrusted with, the freedom you’ve in delivering it, you feel heard, you’ve power or you’re empowered by your org/manager/founders.

Folks end up conflating culture with perks. Consulting companies with shitiest work culture have some of the best perks.
