Cts vs tcs ,ctc discussion

Hi guys please guide me on this whether to switch from CTS or stay here I’m getting 34 ,& offer is in final stage for TCS asking for 35-40% , one issue is with tcs variable, tcs 40 is same what I have received in CTS with 34. Please guide
