CTS or Capgemini
I recently gave an interview for CTS in HR discussion they asked for do i have any other offer, I mentioned I gave interview for Capgemini and they agreed upon this amount but offer is not yet released then she was like offer is not in hand so I m giving this amount it is same amount which Capgemini agreed then she told me once you get an offer from Capgemini I ll revise it for you
Later I got an offer from Capgemini now both CTS and Capgemini offered me the same Amount Now when I tried to reach her for revising she is not picking my call
I don't know what to do because in Capgemini they said that's their max budget and i agreed on it... But CTS said a different amount but in the call but in package discussion she reduced the amount and released the offer.

Most of the clients are banking domain so capgemini would be better
Send cts an email that u need a better compensation and that was agreed during the interview
Same happened with me try reaching her before 1 week of joining or if you have her mail then you can drop a mail.
