Trending @Cognizant; CTS Attrition Rate

For the year ending December 2022 the voluntary attrition was 25.6% and in 2023 it was 13.8%.

Do a poll who resigned or was asked to resign or if they know someone who has resigned from Cognizant in last 90 days.Might get a hint.

I heard there was not much attrition in this year and CTS was very happy from that perspective
