CTC/Designation Check - BD/KAM Lending Startup

Joined the startup as a fresher and currently have spent around 2.5Y. Relevant experience in BD is nearing two years. Current CTC is 12LPA with designation being Senior Associate.

Please suggest if designation and CTC is at par with relevant folks.
