CTC vs Job Stability

Hi folks, I'm 25M with current CTC of 15 LPA. I have two offers: one from an MNC with job stability and 18 LPA CTC and another from a small scale company (around 1000 employees) offering 25 LPA fixed but they have job security issues. I'm confused if I should take the risk and give it a shot or settle for the MNC offer and stay secure. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
