CTC vs Earning in TCS

TCS declared chest thumping announcement of 4 to 7 hike in annual CTC to associates. However reality is Form 16 earning is declining yoy since TCS has given the increments in QVA but actually QVA are paid 40 to 50 % only and as a result net earnings reported in Form 16 dropping YOY basis.
