CTC target answer

I know this question is childish but I was curious to know and understand How much CTC is required to reach 70-75 thousand salary? I checked the internet it is kinda confusing to me can someone with this salary range help me what is your ctc is it 9.5 or 10? Please tell me without allowances as most companies don't have work allowances or have it different
