Trending @Accenture; CTC on paper.

I joined Accenture as a fresher and got promoted after few years. If i want to switch then the new company will ask for CTC . But I believe in allsec portal its not listed. In CTC WORKSHEET they are just considering base pay not all those bonuses and VPs. How to handle this? Where is it documented officially that i can show it while switching?
