CTC for RPA Project Manager

Hi All, I am working as an RPA Project Manager with the current CTC 28 LPA. YoE is 16. I feel a little stuck with this package. Is there a chance to get more CTC in this technology if I switch my job? How much are you earning as an RPA PM? Any suggestions to improve my CTC?
