Trending @Infosys; CTC for 8.5yrs QA consultant ?

Hi All, I am a senior consultant working on Salesforce QA. My total years of experience is 8.5yrs. My current CTC is 15lk. I am feeling they are paying less for me. Can some give some insight on this ? I have plans to switch.
