What will be the average CTC at IBM for 7A band with 7 years of experience in SAP domain? I have already accepted the offer Can I negotiate now without counter offer because I am declining interview calls from other organizations.

Yes, you can negotiate on your offer even after accepting. I did the same while joining IBM few years back. Try to get a joining bonus as well if its not added in the offer. For 7A band, CTC depends on your skills, performance during interview & other factors. In IBM Consulting, 7A higher range salary can be 23 LPA +.
