CTC for 3 yoe in tech?

What should be my ask for my next base salary, in hand and overall CTC considering I have 3 years of experience in Software Engineering (Mobile Development).

I have mostly worked in startups so I am not sure what's the correct compensation I should be asking, how much of it should be non-negotiable?
