CTC Expectations for 2.5 YOE Full-Stack Switch (Java + React)

Hi everyone, I’m currently working at EY with 2yr+ experience. Initially trained on Java, Spring Boot & React, but due to limited client exposure , spent a significant time on the bench and recently working on internal projects involving frontend (React) and AI/SDLC automation use cases.

Planning a switch to a full-stack role/Java/React dev. Current CTC is ~5 LPA with a 3-month notice period.

Looking for guidance on realistic CTC expectations and profile positioning in the current market.Also how to deal with the NP.
