CTC estimate for Deloitte ind

Ther will be HR round with Deloitte india for CTC negotiation.

Current: 14fixed 12-25% variable Pwc ind ..Kolkata 6.5yoe Underpaid but cheap life in kolkata. Promotion cycle is going on and probably will get 15%

Ex: Data, sql, python, some new BI tools

I am thinking if i am to relocate to pune or bangalore, need 24-26fixed to balance the expenditure. Else there is no incentive to relocate, switching within kolkata is a better option for me.

Will 26lpa be possible?
