CTC Check Deloitte Freshers

A friend of mine just recently joined Deloitte Bangalore at a strategy and analytics role. He claims to be paid 20 LPA CTC as a fresher however Deloitte has offered 10 LPA at IIT Bombay placements (their highest as I've heard). Does anyone know typical fresher salaries at Deloitte Bangalore at this role?

No consulting pays that much to a fresher.. I have worked at pwc for almost 11 years in Bangalore and can confirm this is incorrect.
