CTC Check : AEM Arch/Manager

With 12 years of professional experience, I'm currently employed as an Architect. I have two offers - 36 + 6L Variable, 38 +6L in hand but I feel this is not as per current market. I've only switched once early in my career (after 3 yrs) and heard people get north of 40s few years back with less experience than what I had. I know that there are apps which aggregates and shows salary trend but it is not reliable as it shows less than what I currently get. Please let me know if these offers are inline with the trend or I should be expecting more.
