Hi everyone, I am java springboot , graphql developer with 1.8 yoe , is 8 lpa good enough? Should I try to switch or buckle up till job market improves? Any suggestions/ comments will be helpful

It's above market average.. Is it good enough for you? If it's and you like it there then stay and keep upskilling in the meantime

It's average I should say. Better stay there for 2-3 more months then switch for SDE 2

Honestly, if you want that hike, you should start with your job applications right away. With 2 YOE, and a decent amount of prep, you can easily land a 15 lpa job in a couple of months. You’d have to work hard for it though.
