CTC after being promoted to C2 with 6 YOE
Hello all,
Currently I am working as a System Engineer with a package of 8.5 LPA and my total experience would be six full years by this July.
My manager has promised me a grade promotion to C2 in the upcoming cycle. Can anyone please tell me what my package (estimated) would be after that? And by when can I expect it?

Recommendations to be sent by June from project for the July quarter, ask him to send in June. After that 45-90 days if all goes well and 15% is the hike amount.
