CTC advice needed

CCTV : 4.7LPA LWD: 22/10/2024

Offers:

1. CTS, Home Location, 14LPA ( 13.55 Fixed, 45k variable), JB: 50K
2. A mid sized start-up ( 51 - 200 employees) : Bangalore, 16LPA (15 Fixed, 1 Variable), Relocation Bonus 50k
3. Big4: Base Location Bangalore, Work from Home location for next 3 months, 18LPA (14.5 Fixed, 3 Variable, rest gratuity, perks), JB 1Lakh, spread over 6 months, 12 months lockin period.

Shall I try for more or negotiate more with CTS and Big4, since my expectation from Big4 was 17LPA Fixed.

Please advise whish one should I choose based on WLB, Growth, and career prospects.
