Ctc 15LPA, Getting released from project and got call for new project which is onsite - uruguay, is it worth joining?
Damn I got the same call just 2 days before my LWD I let it go thinking firstly what would be my value if I go back when I had decided to make the decision of leaving also although I have been onsite once in past usually tcs doesn't fulfill all the promises they make to you for onsite, they will change the tenure shorten it, delay your process in the name of travel request which will go on for 2 -3 months even before you go for your visa interview. It happened with e I was promised short term 3 month deputation in end of September my request was not approved until end of November then I got visa interview january and at the end I was hoping 3 months deputation they shortened it to 2 months just by simply saying short term deputations are only for 60 days. Although I thanks TCS for the short term opportunity but seriously do think about everything since they are promising long term you might fall into the loop of being delayed which has happened in front of me for my senior developer and also team lead
100% worth. One onsite leads to more onsites
Don't go Uruguay onsite, salary very less and no saving as your current CTC.
