Hi folks, Does the Gratuity and Mediclaim Insurance comes within your CTC in your company or it is excluded from your CTC?

group insurance is not from ctc at many of the companies nowadays

Yeah group insurance will not be there but Mediclaim and Graduity is within CTC in most of the organisation nowadays. Thanks for your response.
