Depends on your goal. If you want placement: take cse. If you want to do masters take old iit with good research support

IIT - TAG matters, can get into CSE jobs easily. IIIT - People often confuse them for IIT (hehe 😂), if at least 3-4 batches have passed out, then okay. Otherwise I prefer IIT. Usually a lot of processes are still being laid out in new IIITs.
