Bullshit. Look at the past trends. Crypto has barely acted as a hedge.
Whenever at the brink of recession or when money is getting expensive, people(retail investors) PULL money out of crypto/bitcoin cos they'd need it. Recession times are when debts are paid anyways cos interest rates so again, money pulled out of bitcoin.
Besides no fuckin govt (I mean actual big dick energy government not some lulli ecuador anol) even considers crypto as an option during recession.
