Trending @Accenture; ‘Crying baby gets more milk’. I read this quote somewhere but it is too accurate. Do you agree on this?

I was expecting promotion in last cycle only but did not received it. This time some of my close colleagues suggested me to discuss this with manager. While discussing, he did not assured me but he said there are mang people in queue but I will try if I can. And boom, I got promoted in this cycle to level 10 (MAL-29). So I will suggest everyone who are expecting promotion & hike to discuss it with managers.
