Unable to connect with the it team, don’t have the bit-locker key. I work from home. Do I need to nearest capgemini office to fix this?

Why are you not able to connect to IT TEAM ? (Any specific issues) if you are not able to connect with them. Then you have to visit capg office no other option .

Man. Are you still working from home permanently?
