It's not too good to be true. It's as genuine as a offer can be. It's tough to get into. But trust me, it's not the company you wanna work for! You won't have any life to live

If its a principal position (assuming equal to principal at big techs) then it is an apt salary. You're not getting that job unless you have a stellar impact based profile and generally > 12-14 yoe on the IC track.
It's Trilogy CodeNation, they pay 30 lpa as base to freshers.. Very infamous for their tedious hiring process, they also revoked a lot of offers for freshers
