How to wear Saree or other ladies dresses in MNC company being a male? Is this will be allowed in office? Any tips will be really appreciated.
Yes you can don’t listen to anyone you can wear whatever you want simple rule is it should not be flashy and indecent.
Even girls avoid wearing saree as they are a little impractical for daily use.. and they can be attention grabbing unnecessarily. I would suggest to bring out ur feminine side more in terms of compassion, empathy, nurturing which can actually work wonders for your team and help you express urself too

Well listen to your subordinates, understand their concerns. If they fall short, explain with patience. Encourage your team when they do something good. If not, you find the patience to guide them. I hope this gives clarity about what am trying to say

Post this on reddit as well, let's see what is the consensus there. Your situation is unique , you don't identify yourself as trans or female so you just like crossdressing ? But do you like being a male?

I like both characteristics as male and female too
If a third gender is accepted in a company policy then I don't think they would mind if you wear anything like that but on personal scale I think your team personally but not officially would react unpredictably depending on the person.
