How to wear Saree or other ladies dresses in MNC company being a male? Is this will be allowed in office?

Are you seriously asking this question ??? I am sorry but frankly if you are serious about your question that to for TCS, i think you already know the answer to it....
Its a HARD NO..... i mean frankly company with policies on DEI is just on paper, when time comes, taking a U turn gor the companies is not a big deal... Look at Accenture, Lady CEO, flag bearer in DEI policies..... When TRUMP came back to power, they had no choice but to stop it with immediate effect... Just imagine a big company like Accenture to take a U turn on something they proudly showcased with a lady CEO staying at the top.... Frankly speaking people loved that happening.....felt as if some people had won an unknown battle of injustice done to them by such companies.....and its not because there was any hate towards genders.... It was pure professional hate....policies were being misused to deny promotion to people who actually desreved it.... Thats the problem!!!! So yes to answer your question, it will definately be not allowed... And in TCS i have no doubt at all...

Depends on your company. Seen a few instances, but both companies are extremely "liberal" kind. May not generalise to all companies.

Check your company's DEI policy, ask HR before doing so.
