Trending @Infosys; Critical resource mail

I recently got a mail saying "You have been identified as a Critical Resource for the Master Customer Code (MCC) - (dummy), Account - dummy Holdings, Inc., Project Code - dummy by your reporting manager from a BCMS perspective and the data will be used for Business Continuity (BCMS) activities during any disruptive emergencies / disasters. These details could further be aggregated at floor/building/location/city/country levels to provide BCMS support during incidents."

What does this mean. My manager didn't say anything, i neither asked him about it. I just wanted to know
