Trending @Accenture; Criteria for promotion from Analyst to Senior Analyst
Is it mandatory to be a Analyst for 1 year before getting promoted to Senior Analyst? Is this rule mandatory? Or based on my good performance I can be promoted before 1 year?
Promotion isn't just about time; it's about performance. If you're exceptional, you can move up faster. But typically, it takes about a year. Your manager's recommendation is crucial.
My performance is very good so far, based on the amount of work I have done and the positive feedbacks that I have received. I have never received a negative feedback. So my promotion shouldn't be held upon because I haven't completed 1 year as a Analyst right?
Promotions are based on promotion quotas released to the unit at each level and also gender wise. So if your unit has say 1 slot for Male and 1 for Female for say Level 11 then the top male and female from your unit at 11 will only be promoted.
