I have completed 2 yrs in Cognizant in May2024 I was eligible for promotion in the July Quarter but my name was rejected from HR due to RTO complaint. My manager told me he will again nominate me this quarter.So if someone from HR could tell the promotion criteria it will be very helpful.

Usual Criteria for Promotion is
1 . Rating 3 and above
2 . Tenure period ( 2 years )

But for some Projects , These criteria will change like Rating 4 and above , RTO

It’s say additional criteria RTO for those BUs. But AIA belongs to CDB. That’s that means we are good ?
