If u'r rating is 3 then 30-36 months based on BU and if your rating is 4-5 then 24 months it may differ based on BU and all criteria should be fulfilled like the yearly goals development plans mandatory courses of both 2023 & 2024 and 3days rto billability should be from last 6 months and utilization should be above 70%
